One of my favorite spots to check out whenever I’m in or near Myrtle Beach is Player’s Choice. The store may not be a “Comic Book Store,” in the traditional sense but I’m gonna count it anyway. Located in the Myrtle Beach Mall the shop specializes in Arcades, Pinball, Video games, Manga, comics and more.
One half of the store is an actual arcade. Nothing is cooler than finding an actual arcade in a mall without it being a “Barcade.” They have all the classics and a few cool surprises as well. Tapper anyone?
Their comic book section is pretty impressive and fun too look through. Great organization that caters to the collector and casual fan. I was even able to pick up a few Amazing Spider-Man variants that I didnt have for cheap!
If you need a break from the sun the next time you are near Myrtle Beach, stop by Player’s Choice!
